Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Kingdoms Created, a digital services business operated by Lavonte Johnson in Florida, United States. Hiring us, paying a deposit or approving a proposal means you accept these terms. Where a signed proposal or written quote conflicts with this page, the proposal governs.

What we provide

We provide digital services including websites, brand identity, marketing content, advertising setup, business systems and custom software. Every engagement is defined by a written scope in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

• Packages bought through online checkout. Paid in full at checkout on Stripe's secure page. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Under $500. Paid in full before work begins.
• Quoted projects from $500 to $3,000. A 50 percent deposit begins production. The balance is due after preview approval and before final files are released.
• Above $3,000, including custom builds. Paid in milestones on a schedule set out in the proposal and agreed before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, because the deposit reserves time that is then unavailable to other clients. Invoices are due on receipt unless the proposal says otherwise.

Refund policy

• One-time packages and projects. If you cancel before production starts, you receive a full refund. Once production has started, payments are not refunded. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund the amount paid for work not delivered.
• Setup fees. Setup fees (for example, for an AI receptionist or assistant) are refundable in full if you cancel before we begin building. Once the build has started, the setup fee is not refundable.
• First-month guarantee on monthly plans. If you decide not to continue after your first month of service, tell us in writing before your second month begins and we will refund your first monthly payment. The setup fee is not included in this guarantee.
• After the first month. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, and service continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
• How to request a refund or cancel. Email hello@kingdomscreated.com. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

Costs that are not included

Unless a written quote says otherwise, you pay third-party costs directly. These include domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, premium software or plugin subscriptions, stock media licensing and creator fees.

What we need from you

To hit the timelines below we need your business details, current offer, audience, logo and brand assets, and any product, service or location photos the project requires. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. Late or incomplete material moves the schedule.

Timelines

Delivery windows quoted in business days begin when we have received your deposit and all required assets, not when the order is placed. Content packages are delivered within 5 to 10 business days depending on the package. Larger builds run on the schedule in the proposal. A focused first version of an application typically takes 6 to 12 weeks and a full application takes longer.

Revisions

Each included revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes within the agreed direction. New concepts, added deliverables, or changes to a direction you already approved are quoted separately.

Ownership

You own the final deliverables produced for you once payment is complete. Until then we retain ownership, and preview files are for review only. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates and methods. We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time in writing. You are responsible for payment covering work completed up to that point, and the deposit is not returned. If we cannot complete a project, we will refund any amount you paid for work not delivered. Monthly plans are cancelled as described in the refund policy above.

Results

We build assets and systems designed to help your business communicate and convert. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a number of leads, sales, rankings or followers, because those depend on your market, offer, pricing and follow-through.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when your proposal was accepted governs that project.
